Appraisal Courses at Rockwell
Start your career at a trusted real estate appraisal school. The Rockwell Institute has been training real estate professionals since 1974. Every year, thousands of new students are referred to Rockwell by successful former students. And each year, we receive feedback from satisfied appraisers, agents, brokers, and mortgage professionals, letting us know that our classes are simply the best!
The best appraisal education available. Our real estate appraisal training courses are taught by local experts. Our three appraisal "core curriculum" courses are state-approved and satisfy the requirements to become an appraiser trainee, which is the first step toward becoming a licensed or certified real estate appraiser. With these courses, you'll develop the skills you need to become a confident and successful appraiser.
State requirements. Three appraiser classifications exist in Washington: state-licensed appraiser, state-certified residential appraiser, and state-certified general appraiser. To become one of these professionals, you need to complete three core curriculum courses, register as an appraiser trainee, and start logging experience hours. At Rockwell, we're here to get you on your way.
